Error when try create a new user in ACP

ACP show this error when I try create new user:

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toLowerCase')

Where I can found this file? On this page /admin/advanced/errors no have error and on this page admin/advanced/logs - nothing it's clear

Go into your nodebb folder there should be a log file at logs/output.log

I found a problem... I'm use a old plugin nodebb-plugin-url-slugify to transliteration of slugs (category/topic name) becouse nodebb in 2023 can't do it.
