Tags category + icon, color + filter

Please add feature to set group/category for the tags, option to set icon/color for tag and option (filter) on latest page for the view topic only with same tag.

The tags feature is kept fairly simple in core because it is not meant to be used outside of simple organization of topics.

Additional features of tags would be great, but would be best as a third-party plugin.
