Unsolved Maximum width when reading posts?

Hello, I noticed that topics have variable width that, in a desktop browser window, can be maximized to the full width of the screen.
Is it possible to enforce a maximum topic width so that topics can remain more legible at full screen on desktop?

There is already a maximum width. I think it's around 1000px on the
.containerclass.
