it has a pagination bar although there is no downvoted post

@crazycells That should be fixed now, there was an issue in the upgrade script so I had to run it again on this forum.

@baris pagination bar still shows 4 pages...

For example, Julian's both best or controversial pages show 95 pages...

additionally, both best and controversial posts pages have this expression:

"This user has no voted posts"

I think it makes more sense if it was "no upvoted posts" and "no downvoted posts" separately.
