@yu-miao That would be fairly easy to reproduce with custom CSS.

@yu-miao The Opera folk actually have a custom theme based off of Persona (probably), or as @phenomlab says, maybe custom CSS

We try to keep Persona lean so that it is a good base to theme off of. We try to strike a balance between aesthetics and themeability.
