Displays the number one post on the topic in the abstract instead of the last post on the topic

Hello to you!
I want categories either in /recent or on the main page in this location:

The last post written on the subject will not be displayed
But the post number 1 on the subject.
I thought it was possible maybe with the help of js ...
Can you help me with that?
