How to mark a thread as featured ?

I want to use it on custom home page. And change them with time. Even though I installed the plugin, I am not able to see any option on how to mark a thread as featured. Please help.

It should be in the Thread Tools menu, which is generally located (depending on your theme) above and/or below the first post in a thread.

There are two plugins that make that work, one is
nodebb-plugin-custom-homepagethe other isnodebb-plugin-featured-threads. Make sure both are installed. -
