Hi, is there a simple way to place an advertising banner across the bottom of my site?

You can use a footer widget.

@baris Could you provide a link on how to install a footer widget?

I clicked on the Widget option, but all I see is this:

And when I look at the selection box under Available Widgets, I don't see anything called footer?
