[BUG] Sounds not working

we can preview them in the admin, but they are not playing on new notifications...

• Make sure the selected sounds are saved in the ACP by clicking save
• Make sure your browser cache has been cleared
• Do the incoming/outgoing chat sounds work?

In Safari I can't even preview the sounds on my machine while in Admin panel.
