Have you tried installing prefixer@0.0.3 using -g?
It would be something like this.
npm install -g prefixer@0.0.3

Widgets not showing on a new page called 'my-custom-page' that I made. Why is that?
I made a new page called 'my-custom-page'. The page is running perfectly fine. When I extend the widgets on this page and save it, the changes are not reflected i.e. I cant see any widgets when i navigate to my-custom-pages. Could anyone help me with this

No. I created a page on my own. It is not a part of custom plugin.
