When you quote someone's reply and, within this quote, you want to bold sth, these changes do not render properly. Is it NodeBB's fault or Markdown is here to blame?
@CaptainK Sadly users will do the easiest thing and teaching them sadly isn't going to work. Would be nice to have a setting that limits how deep quotes can go.
I am trying to add a sorting mechanism to the recent page (forum/recent) exactly like the one the category page (/forum/category/) where the topics can be sorted either from newest to oldest, oldest to newest, most posts. is that possible?

What's an unnecessary link? I think that the best approach is to eliminate unnecessary links, rather than linking and then trying to hurt their SEO after having utilized them as a reference.
