If it exhibits here only, then I have a gut feeling it is related to csrf-sync.
If NodeBB restarts, it could be that the valid csrf token is stored in memory and is lost 🤷
Edit: No... I just tested that locally and it worked fine. Hm.
Managers of a particular category are unable to change ownership of posts

Users / groups that have been granted moderator permission for a particular category cannot post ownership.
The "Change of ownership" toolbar button appears but as they save the changes they are notified "Your permissions are not sufficient to do this"
It is only with global or senior executives that it works, not with local executives.Is that a bug? Or maybe I didn't do anything right?

Seems like only admins and global moderators can change post owners right now.
O.K.
So if so, you might be able to choose these settings on the permissions screen?
Or even if the button does not show to anyone who does not have this permission.
