Default themes update broken

Hello,
I've noticed that, we can not update the default themes from the ACP.
for example theme persona's latest version is 10.1.16
but on the ACP it shows Installed 9.1.38 | Latest 9.1.38 also for theme Lavender and Slick.

I managed to install theme persona v10.1.16 but It's broken.

datetimepicker doesn't appear, page hangs on initial submission of poll post, then reload and nothing appears.

Thanks @a_5mith . Sorry for any confusion . Well, when you're looking at the home page whether logged in or logged out the "guest" pic is broken. Where it appears is if you click into the Category. For example, if I go to http://mynodebb and do not login the post shows a broken image, then if I login, and view the home page, the image for guest is still broken. However, if I click into the Desktop Support category, the image shows there (from within the category). The image with the gravatar address is coming in when viewing in the category.

Whenever I click on the favorite link on a topic it redirects me to a 404 page, but the favorite is still saved to the database. You have to hit back several times to return to the original post.

This is not a bug that affects production, however I've noticed on several machines that when the boxes in the "Welcome to NodeBB" box wrap, they slightly overlap. Does this happen to anyone else?bug.png
