[nodebb-plugin-import] not found after installation

I am working on a windows machine. I have installed the nodebb-plugin-import, activated it, and restarted nodebb. The nodebb-plugin-import does not show up in the plugins drop down where other activated plugins are showing up. The documentation for the plugin says it can be accessed at 'http://localhost:4567/admin/plugins/import (or whatever URL your instance lives on)' but its not there either. I get the message '/admin/plugins/import Not Found

Hello. You need to run ./nodebb build after every time you install (or remove) a plugin.
