Issues with GitHub SSO

Hi
We just received a new NodeBB installation for OpenJSCAD, and I’ve been trying to get the GitHub SSO plugin to work, as most of our users are using GitHub in some way. Sadly, I’m getting the following error. Any ideas?

Hi @Jeff-Gay we've addressed the issue you were having (just required a forum restart after activating the plugin -- this button is found on the top menu bar in the control panel).

Thanks all. The rebuild and restart worked just fine. A small comment in the readme.md would be really useful for hosted solutions.
