What to show on google search , when someone searches for forum

These people are also using your nodebb forum.They are showing 4 options in their snippets
1.download
2.v7.5.4
3.v5.9.8
4.notepad ++ 7.5.4 released

I also want to some snippets on google search,for now it is showing absurd i.e name of users of my website.thats looks really bad
