Well, I just did the whole 9 yards on your site - loaded the main, category and thread pages, and even created an account and replied to a topic. All from Chromium on Linux.

Edit: I up-voted the topic that I replied to

So the problem is clearly not with your site, but something to do with your work computers. Perhaps computers at your job are being blocked from accessing certain sites.

  • This is strange. Why for 10mn i got access to my forum and now it's gone... πŸ˜•

And WHY i can access to this forum and not to mine !!

Possibly your ISP is blocking websocket connections from your country, but not the US? πŸ˜•

  • Hmmm, weird. Why block "country websocket" and let open for US ? :d
I'll try to find a french NodeBB forum.

Do you use nginx for this forum ? Can i get the conf ?

  • GNU/Linux Admin

@XaT We use the same configuration as that posted on our wiki πŸ™‚

  • @XaT

Since you workplace is the only place it does not work, I doubt that WebSocket is blocked in your country. Try WebSocket Test from a browser at work and see what you get.

  • Thank for the URL! Why i didn't think about it before...
Yeah Websocket is not supported @ work, might be an old proxy running.

I found why this forum working and not mine : https.

So i've to host my forum on https@ssl
