You can find it in the Plugins menu, or if not, then you can likely install it via npm.

@kurulumu-net Odd. I'm not able to reproduce this. Have you tried disabling plugins to see if any of those are the culprit ?
This is not an issue with slick theme, it was related to a bug in core https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/issues/6306
That is a warning. That should not be causing issues for when you visit your site. Check for other errors in the nodebb log and in your browser console.
