Is it possible to "not resize the picture"?

I found when the user upload a picture, the picture is resized automatically. However, I want to show the original picture which is more clear. Is it possible to do so?

When I change the image size to 500*500，it resizes all the pictures. If I set it to be 0，it does not resize all the pictures. Is it possible for the user to decide whether to resize the picture? Sometimes I want to show the picture with high quality, sometimes I only want to show it as a glimpse.
