Where i can fix this bug :
1. Right in Eng lang
2. Error in Russian lang
(-- Сообщества in Russian lang translate as Communuty but not a Categories)
"Categories" in Russian translate the same "Категории" :
and looks how translate "сообщества"
Solved by me in /language/ru/ but it is really bug.

This may be intentional. Guests do not receive the same real time benefits that registered users do, as it is a not-insignificant cost to the server.
Perhaps that would explain it.

Great, then there shouldn't be any issues when the digests are sent for real.
You can find it in the theme you are using. The file is called login.tpl. For example for persona its here. https://github.com/NodeBB/nodebb-theme-persona/blob/master/templates/login.tpl#L15
The server sends in the value depending on what the ACP setting is set to. If you only allow login by username that value changes to Username etc.
