We have source maps for most of the files, if that doesn't work you can always ./nodebb build -d which won't minify the files.
How to debug?
As you can see in my test app on app.travellifemovement.com, it works fine. At least on chrome. It works fine both on chrome on my laptop and on chrome on my phone. But when I try it in a webview in an android application, it doesn't work. How come?
this is what I see inside my android app when I click on a forum for the second time: the first time it works, but the second time it becomes foggy.
How can I fix this? Deactivating any plugins doesn't work. I have nginx 1.10 and nodebb 1.4.6. I have node 6.10.3 and run on ubuntu 16.04.
The log file in NodeBB/logs/ stay empty and running nodebb using 'node app dev' also doesn't report anything. Where can I find what goes wrong?
I usually use node app dev that you mention. I think you kan add a debug flag in the config file to enable debug. Note that the log dir must be writable
Could this be useful: https://nodebb.readthedocs.io/en/latest/resources.html#debugging

This sounds like an error in the app and not with NodeBB itself.
