I published 6 days ago an update to fix an issue on the client side with the latest version of NodeBB.
And he also added a Hebrew language that I translated for all Hebrew users !!!
@AOKP What is wehb view app
@kenygamer It's a native android application to allow viewing of a NodeBB compatible forum.
Fixed issues with CCob's OneSignal integration.
Can we get notifications from NodeBB on this app ? A mention, for example.
@meetdilip Yes, although you need to configure nodebb-plugin-onesignal on your NodeBB install too.
Just like using FCM ?
I will soon dump v3 in favor of v4.
V4 will feature major improvements in terms of performance, stability and usability. Furthermore, it will be featuring an updated version of the current OneSignal plugin.
@aokp Looking forward to it
@ccob I have to move this back actually as I am about to stop using NodeBB.
I am simply not happy with the browser compatability and plugin eco system.
Furthermore, I finally found a forum software with a 100% native app for iOS and Android.
Call it personal preference, but I feel somehow better with it.
@aokp Are you planning on publishing where you got to with v4?
Which news forum software did you decide on?
@ccob I really don't think that a discussion like this is liked to be seen here.
However, once I have completed switching to the new forum software I will share my experiences to improve NodeBB.
@aokp what is nodebb webview app
This app helps a lot. It works well with OneSignal notifications as well. But one doubt. When sending notification from OneSignal, when user clicks on the notification in mobile, can they be redirected to a page in the app?
Updated the source to work with the latest Android Studio.
Additionally, I updated CCob's OneSignal plugin for NodeBB a little:
@aokp where can i download your latest apk pls?
@yapne how about checking the first post.
