Wrong default language

I noticed on my installation, even one that I just did today, that the default language is set to Arabic and English (US) is not included in the list of language options.

Looks like a bug... in that I select the language if a language has been selected, but on new installs, the defaultLang is not set, so defaults to english, and highlights the first language, which is arabic
