Calling for help to all Godot and Android developers (lol)
What is wrong in this extract from my AndroidManifest.xml file so that my game - on a very rare number of devices - is trying to register as a launcher when executed?

@owlnewworlds In case you need logs from a device where exactly that happens just poke me, I'll reinstall the game and run catlog. ^^

@Natanox hey Natasha if you had the issue yes I'd love some logs if it can help ^^ is that because of this issue you uninstalled it?

@owlnewworlds That was indeed the case.^^ The game wanting to replace Nova Launcher wildly messed up my UI.
Will create a log later (if not feel free to remind me ). Do you have some cloud upload folder, private pastebin or other service where I could send it to you? -

@Natanox Hey Natasha don't bother with the logs, I think the next update will fix the issue. If you don't mind, could I ping you when it'll be released so you can check on your side? ^^

@owlnewworlds Sure! What turned out to (probably) be the issue?

@Natanox Godot Android manifest using two values for the launch activity and one of them must be responsible and trying to fix the issue I removed the wrong one so at best last update didn't fix anything at worst it makes the issue more visible I'm afraid lol

@owlnewworlds Not sure I got the updated version already from the app store (probably not), but I reinstalled it once again. It's quite interesting behaviour: Starting it the first time it asks to be the launcher. If I ignore that and tell Android for Nova Launcher to be the default obviously nothing happens (but me being thrown back to the "home screen"), but starting the game a *second* time then skips the request and launches the game normally. Never saw this with any other app before! π§

@owlnewworlds I have to admit, the first time I was confused and clicked on the game when it asked about the launcher. As mentioned that messed up my Android quite a bit, so I didn't investigate too much further but uninstalled the game immediately (to me it was "just another app" I was curious about, y'know). Guess that says something about user retention or whatever it's called.

@Natanox Thank you that's a very interesting info knowing that it does it when running the game. As for the retention, I don't know if I understood that part well, but I suppose everyone can't be interested ^^' anyway thank you for bothering with reinstalling the game and all

@owlnewworlds Thank you for a nice game! Didn't have the time yet to play, but it looks really nice.
